Wideband, High-Gain, and Compact Four-Port MIMO Antenna for Future 5G Devices Operating over Ka-Band Spectrum

In this article, the compact, ultra-wideband and high-gain MIMO antenna is presented for future 5G devices operating over 28 GHz 38 GHz. The designed substrate material Roger RT/Duroid 6002 with a thickness of 1.52 mm. suggested design has dimensions 15 mm × 10 consists stubs loaded rectangular patch. various are to improve impedance bandwidth obtain ultra-wideband. resultant operates broadband 26.5–43.7 GHz, peak value gain >8 dBi. A four-port configuration achieved present proposed high data rate devices. offers isolation <−30 dB ECC <0.0001. good results in terms gain, radiation efficiency, envelop correlation coefficient (ECC), mean effective (MEG), diversity (DG), channel capacity loss (CCL), isolation. hardware prototype fabricated validate performance from software tools, between measured simulated observed. Moreover, work also differentiated literature work, which verifies that potential applicant compact wideband gain.
